Here at PitWheel Distillery we have built our own custom made gin wagon from scratch and it is now available to hire for your special occasions (birthday parties, engagements, weddings) and corporate events - infact anything you like we will bring our wagon and cater to your specific requirements.
No other gin wagon around the North East stock our PitWheel Gins as we aim to offer a bespoke service with our own distilled product!

Private Function Hire
Our bespoke gin wagon can be hired for any special occasion - birthdays, weddings, engagements. We will bring our wagon loaded with PitWheel Gin and provide a top quality service for your guests to enjoy.
We have 3 package options to choose from - you pick the one you like the look of and then we will sit down with you to discuss any bespoke drinks requirements for your occasion.

Corporate event Hire
We also offer our bespoke PitWheel gin wagon for corporate events and functions.
We can come to you with our wagon and service our own distilled gins fresh to your guests.

All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and stress free. You can trust us to supply you with the best products, as well as top quality customer service.
NB: We have public liability insurance in place and are personal license holders
We will also ensure that the relevant licenses are inn place and if not, we arrange a TENS license to ensure we are covered for the sale of alcohol at your chosen venue

The PitWheel Team will attend your venue, set up our gin wagon with drinks to your specification - you will pay the hire costs and your guests will PAYG for drinks
Minimum spend applies*
The PitWheel Team will attend your venue, set up our gin wagon with drinks to your specification - you will pay the hire costs and a subsidised bar amount. Once this amount has been reached, your guests will continue to pay for their drinks on their own.
