The following explains our responsibilities regarding your order with us, and how your transaction will be handled.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using PitWheel Distillery Ltd.

Buying Products On Our Website

By placing an order with PitWheel Distillery Ltd, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at before placing your order with us.

  • We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

  • We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible but despite this, slight variations in items may occur. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.

  • Where we charge separately for packing, delivery and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.

  • We may refuse at our discretion to accept an order, if:

  1. we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

  2. there has been a pricing/product description error; or

  3. you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions;

  4. goods ordered by you are not available;

  5. we do not deliver to your area

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. By placing an order, you consent to a credit data search, which will leave an ID check footprint. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order. Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of the shipping option selected.

It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18.
PitWheel Distillery Ltd Uses both Stripe & PayPal For All Online Transactions

We use these methods of payment due to them both being very safe ways of payment for goods online and its easy!.

Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page.

Stripe is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected meaning that all information is securely stored and transmitted throughout the entire payment process. They offer the highest possible level of payment processing security and because it is encrypted this ensures the security and integrity of information through encrypting all credit and debit card numbers. In short, Stripe exceeds the industry standards. After all, if it wasn’t considered a safe and secure option, it wouldn’t have such a strong cohort of brands that trust in its services.

PayPal is an international secure payment service used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.

Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.
Processing Your Order & Delivery

If your order is received by 11am, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them, however as we use a third party courier, there are occasions where we do experience delays to your order i.e breakages etc.

Our hours of operation in relation to processing orders and dispatch are Monday-Friday 0900-2300, Saturday 0900-1800 and Sunday 1100-1700.

We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail local delivery services. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient (other than yourself) for delivery purposes (i.e as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by PitWheel Distillery Ltd and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Wherever possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If you notice any damage whatsoever please refuse delivery and hand  back to the courier for return to ourselves at PitWheel Distillery Ltd. If you discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please email, without delay, stating your order number and details of damage.

To purchase products from PitWheel Distillery Ltd, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order.

Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of shipping option selected.

In the UK, it is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are under 18 years of age or to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol for persons under the age of 18. PitWheel Distillery Ltd have adopted the Challenge 25 scheme and will request idenfitication where there is any doubt surrounding a customers age and will conduct random age verification checks with our customers alongside our default age verification checks.

Delivery will only be made to individuals of legal purchase age and our delivery company will require a signature on delivery. Our delivery company will check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for Product(s) from outside the UK if you have a UK billing address for your credit or debit card, but the order must be for delivery to an address within the UK.
Delivery Options & Restrictions

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on items and quantities ordered.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked (unless otherwise specified) for and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. A signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that any orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and midnight Sunday will be dispatched Monday.

We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a better service at our cost.
We currently only dispatch items within the UK.

Delivery should normally be made by 9pm.

Please allow between 1 and 3 extra working days for delivery to the following postcode areas:

Delivery timescales are set by the courier, namely Royal Mail. You will ordinarily receive notifications regarding your delivery and a timeslot as appropriate.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform and refund you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Each return/exchange request will be considered on an individual basis and where it is deemed appropriate you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods ordered, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. Where appropriate we will require you to to return the goods to us, unused in the original packaging as soon as reasonably practicable. Refunds will be for the price paid for goods only and will not include shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Items with obvious signs of use or have been opened 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will arrange this for you.

Return shipping details will be confirmed to you after initial contact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information we specifically disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in any and all our web sites, either now operating or created in the future. We disclaim any responsibility or liability for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. We also disclaim any responsibility or liability for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the our website.

This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our website contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound and the entire content of the web site is copyrighted as a collective work under UK and International copyright laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law or these Terms, no copying, redistribution, re-transmission, publication or commercial or non-commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission from us as the copyright owner.
